Good nights rest. After doing our normal morning things, Dan and the kids played in the grass outside. They played with a soccer ball, football and frisbee all at once. They had fun while I packed things up. We left Wisconsin heading towards Dugbuque, Iowa. We really enjoyed the rolling hills of Wisconsin. We stopped at a Popcorn Factory, Cheese Plant, John Deere Dealer, New Holland Dealer & a Case Dealer. We really enjoyed talking with the people at each stop, about the history of the area. We saw some horses and buggys on the road. We crossed the Mississippi River again. As you can see in some of the pictures the land is striped with corn and alfalfa hay. They have to plant them side by side on the hillsides to keep the soil from washing away during the big rain storms. This area received 104" of snow last winter. Neat to see. From there we headed towards Moline, Illinois to see the John Deere Museum.
